Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN/RN for a part-time opportunity in Jacksonville, NC. This position offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway for the right candidate and is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to enhance their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Administer IV medications and treatments; proficiency in IV skills is a must.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies as necessary, with ER experience preferred.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
- Hours: Shifts are from 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM, with flexibility to start between 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM, depending on patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Previous ER or ICU experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly:
LPN: $28-$30/hr
RN: $24-$35/hr.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
