Hybrid Sales Specialist

What to expect:
As a Hybrid Sales Specialist, you will manage customer interactions, provide guidance on products and services available, be responsible for growing revenue by increasing business relationships and maintaining existing customers in residential and commercial sales markets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exemplary customer experiences. This position includes Inside and Outside sales responsibilities.

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Laurel, Maryland (On-Site)
What you will get to do:
- Become knowledgeable in the company’s services and products to work confidently and consistently with customers on what best fits their needs
- Maintain a list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads and following up with current customers. Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
- Establish leads via cold-calling, connectivity to the community, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by monitoring market trends, identifying target customers, providing quality service, and demonstrating strong sales skills.
- Prepare proposal and ensure correct pricing.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and coworkers to address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Effectively resolve customer issues while also considering the company’s policies, profitability, and overall business objectives.
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Education: High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Consumer Sales experience
- Customer-focused with previous experience delivering top-notch customer service, and passionate about helping people.
- Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility with a sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing working environment
- Proven computer skills with Microsoft Office experience. ERP, CRM experience is preferred.
- Experience in the propane industry preferred, but not required
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, additional hours as required
