Quality Services Moving is hiring Straight Truck Drivers to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for reliable drivers who want steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow all without needing a CDL.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Paid training is provided.

Job Details
- Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time (Whole Shifts)
- Schedule: Up to 6 days per week
- Dispatch Location: Lorton, VA warehouse
Responsibilities
- Drive a straight truck for local and regional moves
- Lead and assist moving crews on job sites
- Load, transport, and unload household goods safely
- Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspections
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (No CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Lorton, VA
Experience That’s Helpful (Not Required)
- Straight truck or box truck driving
- Moving, delivery, or warehouse work
- Crew lead or team leadership experience
