Part Time Administrative Positions - Penn Hills Area
Position located less than 1 mile off Parkway East - Penn Hills/Rodi Road Exit
- Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm
- $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
- 1 week vacation after 1 year of employment
- Holiday Pay - 6 paid holidays after 90 days
- Ability to cover the 1:00-6:00pm position when needed for vacations and time off for Afternoon Shift
Must have the availability to work the opposite shift occasionally to cover vacations and such. Will discuss more during interview process.
Job duties include:
- Administrative Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- Must have very strong organization and computer skills
- Handle busy phones
- Complete basic office skills such as data entry; letters, bids etc.
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
