Quality RV is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Part-Time Office Assistant to support our growing used RV dealership. This role is ideal for a student or someone seeking flexible, part-time work in a small business environment.
Hours:
10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic office payroll tasks
- Manage inventory entries in our sales management system
- Input and maintain accurate records for RV listings
- Handle vehicle titles and licensing paperwork
- General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
