Dispatcher

Quality Restoration Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Mitigation Team Dispatcher to support day-to-day scheduling and coordination for our team based in Springville, UT. This is an office-based role focused on customer service, efficient dispatching, and ensuring every job is set up for success.

• Coordinate dispatching for the mitigation team by scheduling appointments and managing daily workloads.
• Communicate with customers to confirm arrival times, gather relevant job details, and set expectations.
• Track job status updates and ensure information is accurate and current for internal teams.
• Organize office workflows to support efficient dispatching and timely service delivery.
• Document dispatch notes and job-related information clearly to support continuity of service.
• Monitor priorities and adjust scheduling as new information or changes occur.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep operations moving.
• Maintain a detail-focused approach to routing, timelines, and job requirements.
• Provide responsive customer service through professional, courteous communication.
• Support efficient communication across the team by relaying updates quickly and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• 1 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written customer interactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling information.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Proficiency with common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and comfort learning scheduling systems.
• Customer service mindset with professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of basic scheduling/dispatch best practices is preferred.
