Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager, based in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining top standards in food safety and preparation. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training employees, monitoring inventory and supplies, addressing customer concerns, and supporting restaurant management in achieving business goals. The Assistant Manager will also uphold and promote QRC's mission and values through positive leadership and effective team collaboration.
