Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Labor Lead to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of general laborers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met across all production activities. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise will drive smooth assembly line operations, coordinate the use of hand tools and power tools, and support warehouse functions. Lead Field Supervisor (Commercial Construction)
We’re hiring three lead field supervisors with hands-on expertise across commercial construction trades—tile, flooring, drywall—combined with strong leadership in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage on-site operations for commercial renovation projects.
- Execute hands-on tasks in tile installation, flooring, and drywall.
- Lead and direct subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within quality standards.
- Manage daily reports, document progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, and handle email communications, including client updates and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience across tile, flooring, and drywall trades.
- Strong leadership in coordinating teams and managing multiple phases of construction.
- Ability to produce daily reports and communicate clearly via email.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
