Physical Therapy Assistant (Full Time/Part Time)

$28-$34/hour, based on experience

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.
We are a privately owned practice that has served the Colorado Springs community for nearly 20 years. Our clinic focuses on individualized, patient-centered care rather than high-volume treatment. With 40-minute, one-on-one sessions and no double-booking, our clinicians have the opportunity to focus on quality treatment and meaningful patient relationships.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Outpatient orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation experience is helpful, but not required.
What You'll Do
- Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Lead therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Assist with mobility, strengthening, flexibility, balance, and functional training
- Reinforce home exercise programs and provide patient education
- Monitor patient response and communicate with the supervising PT
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Support patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports, vestibular, chronic pain, and pelvic floor conditions
- Work collaboratively with PTs and the clinic team

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Colorado PTA license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
