- Lead our Orientation program for new employees
- Coordinate orientation schedules, instructors, and training resources
- Teach Home Health Aide (HHA) classes
- Design engaging presentations, manuals, newsletters, videos, job aids, and other educational materials
- Develop and maintain employee education programs through our Quality Learning & Development initiative
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Partner with Human Resources, Clinical Leadership, Office Directors, and subject matter experts
- Support company-wide education initiatives and special projects
- Travel to company offices and training locations throughout Middle and East Tennessee
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Healthcare
- Staff Development
- Employee Education
- Clinical Training
- Human Resources
- Organizational Development
