What are the responsibilities and job description for the Printing Customer Service position at Quality Printing & Design?
Busy Print Shop looking for a customer service representative to attend to walk-in customers with inquiries and new jobs, as well as finished jobs being picked up. Duties will include answering the phone and directing to the appropriate people, creating quotes, work orders, invoicing finished jobs, filing, helping in the apparel area by ordering apparel in for screen printing and embroidery. When time allows candidate will also help in various production areas. Printing experience a plus, but not necessary.
