Hold high standards for yourself and the work you do? Do you want to grow yourself personally and professionally? Then my company may just be a good fit for you - My name is James Whittenburg and I am working towards building the most professional, consistent, most high quality pool service company in the Treasure Valley. Let's get into the job description and tell you more about this position.
Brief job description:
Upon successful training and orientation you will be responsible for a company truck that you take home each day. You will drive to customer locations and perform a required set of service requirements and document everything on an app that will be downloaded to your phone. Overall, we test and safely add chemicals, clean pools/spas out for homeowners and tenants to enjoy, and perform light repairs and other maintenance items (while on route). So you have to be at least a little bit handy. But not quite Bob the builder.
Benefits:
Paid days off throughout the year around holidays.
Sales bonuses if you meet and convert new customers while in the field and/or when performing new customer consultations.
Monthly phone stipend of $40/month.

We will conduct thorough training and orientation to make sure you are great at what you do, and that you’re a great fit for our team. We don’t cut corners, we believe that preventative maintenance, being proactive and being customer focused will always make us successful and fulfilled.
We also believe strongly in employee development. At our heart, we want to grow our employees professionally and personally. We want to be equally as helpful and beneficial to you as you are to the business. I am an open book and available to talk through life and work issues alike. I want to see you grow and mature!
Please, follow all instructions and/or prompts really provides you with. There will likely be a computerized phone interview to go along with this application. You must submit that interview to be considered for the position. I hope you’re exactly what we’ve been looking for! Let’s go!
