Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Working Foreman based in Auburndale, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Working Foreman will oversee daily operations at work sites, manage a team of skilled workers, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. Key responsibilities include supervising projects, operating heavy equipment as needed, performing carpentry tasks, coordinating maintenance activities, and liaising with team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and Communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate tasks.
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and Maintenance to support construction and site operations.
- Proficiency in Carpentry and related skill sets relevant to construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety practices and protocols in industrial and construction settings.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to dynamic project requirements efficiently.
