What You'll Do
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write accurate repair orders
- Present repair recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally
- Leverage modern software tools to build estimates, track jobs, and communicate with customers
- Coordinate with technicians to keep a high-volume shop moving efficiently
- Provide vehicle status updates and follow through on every ticket
- Perform daily declined service callbacks to follow up on previously recommended repairs
- Check in with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back
What We're Looking For
- Prior service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
- Must be able to maintain a minimum average repair order of $650.00
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Requirements
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license with a very clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
