- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and budgets using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Primavera P6.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria clearly and comprehensively.
- Manage project scope changes through structured scope management processes while maintaining stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues impacting project timelines or quality; implement corrective actions promptly.
- Oversee program development initiatives by designing project frameworks that support business process modeling, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams by providing leadership in project scheduling, conflict management, team management, and meeting facilitation to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Monitor project progress using earned value management techniques; report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost control, schedule adherence, and quality management.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements while controlling costs.
- Employ risk management strategies to proactively identify potential issues; develop mitigation plans aligned with PMBOK standards.
- Extensive experience in project management lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing phases.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent tools like Primavera P6 or Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, and PMBOK standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis & requirements management for diverse projects across IT infrastructure or product development domains.
- Skilled in business process modeling techniques such as process mapping and value stream mapping; adept at facilitating workshops for requirements gathering.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives effectively while supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels; experienced in technical writing for documentation purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on scope management, time management, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Capable of managing multiple projects within a program portfolio using tools like Workday or Project Server for resource planning and scheduling.
