The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining floors in residential and commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance person or carpenter looking to expand their skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various flooring materials, epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic and more
- Measure and mark flooring areas to ensure accurate installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut and fit flooring materials.
- Read blueprints and specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Inspect floors for water damage and perform restoration as needed.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
- Apply construction painting techniques to finish and enhance flooring installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize trim carpentry skills to finish and trim flooring edges.
- Install and repair cabinets and other cabinetry components.
- Perform tasks as needed to support the construction process.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a flooring installer, carpenter, or maintenance person.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with construction painting and water damage restoration processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Experience with tile laying and cabinet installation.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with construction professionals and clients.

Pay: $40,555.00 - $78,478.00 per year
