Summary
In the role of Commercial Service Technician you will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting problems, and making repairs.
Duties
- Basic diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial garage doors & related products.
- Perform preventive maintenance services.
- Maintain paperwork and records as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must have an acceptable MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy.
- Must have dependable, reliable transportation to and from our base office location.
- Previous experience in garage door service/installation or similar skilled trade
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial electrical experience is strongly preferred - preference will be given to those candidates with direct experience.
- Experience in garage door service/install or similar skilled trade.
- Welding, OSHA 10, first aid, and/or CPR certification(s)
- Basic knowledge of construction and hand tools
- Mechanical Inclination

Work Conditions
