Position Summary
A Shuttle/Van Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests to/from local destinations.
Responsibilities
Driving guests to/from local destinations (e.g. airport, business, attraction, etc.) in a company vehicle
Driving company vehicle for company related business errands
Assisting both arriving and departing guests with their luggage
Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing (e.g. oil, gas, etc.) the company vehicle
Maintaining mileage log books
Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints
Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities
Providing information to guests about local attractions and services
Promoting hotel services, facilities, and other amenities to guests
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles Report
o Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for driving a company vehicle
Strong knowledge of local area, including restaurants, attractions, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong initiative and work ethic
Punctual , reliable, and regular attendance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
