This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role located in New Orleans, LA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of office equipment such as copiers and printers. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, installing hardware and software, and educating customers on the use of office equipment. This position requires timely resolution of customer issues to ensure satisfaction and minimize downtime.

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment, such as copiers and printers.
• Familiarity with software installation and configuration, as well as basic IT knowledge related to networked devices.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and provide user education on equipment operation.
• Ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams, and effectively use tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
• Prior experience in office equipment servicing is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in electronics or technical training are a plus.
