Low Voltage Cable and System Technician

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tampa, FL. The Low-Voltage Technician will learn to be capable of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems including security systems, cabling, and electrical equipment. Duties include performing low voltage maintenance, ensuring proper functionality of equipment, and working efficiently to resolve technical issues. The technician will also be expected to maintain a quality of work while operating independently or with multiple team members to execute projects safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Low-Voltage Maintenance, Low-Voltage Equipment handling, and basic Security/Data principles
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively
• Background in Low-Voltage systems such as CCTV, Access Control, & Data Cabling
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in electrical installations and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience with low-voltage systems preferred but not required
• Possession of relevant certifications a plus
