Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming products: unload deliveries, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify packing slips against purchase orders
- Stock inventory: label, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations
- Package outgoing shipments: pick and pack orders accurately, prepare shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch
- Perform inventory counts: assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Pull parts for production or customer orders: ensure correct items and quantities are selected
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members: communicate effectively to support daily warehouse operations and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in receiving: Familiarity with inspecting deliveries, verifying packing slips, and handling inventory intake
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately match items to orders and maintain organized records
- Basic warehouse skills: Knowledge of shipping procedures, packaging, labeling, and inventory systems
- Inventory awareness: Comfortable performing cycle counts and assisting with stock accuracy
- Physical capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
- Team-oriented mindset: Works well with others and communicates effectively
- Time management: Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated: Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus: Forklift certification or prior experience is a plus, but not required
Experience Summary:
- Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and production workflows is advantageous.
- Solid mechanical aptitude, including hands-on experience with both hand tools and power tools.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative team-oriented mindset—key traits for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
