Auto Finance Manager

Quality Motors Chevrolet GMC Ford Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Salmon, Idaho.

We're a small-town dealership with a nationwide customer base. We sell both new and used vehicles and pride ourselves on treating customers the right way while putting together strong, profitable deals.

We're looking for someone who knows automotive finance inside and out—someone who can build relationships with lenders, maximize every opportunity in the finance office, and create a great customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Secure financing through a wide network of lending partners.
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products to customers.
• Structure deals that work for both the customer and the dealership.
• Submit deals and negotiate approvals with banks and finance companies.
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Maintain strong CSI while maximizing finance income.
• Work closely with the sales team to keep deals moving efficiently.
• Stay current on lender programs and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of indirect lending and dealership finance processes.
• Experience with prime, near-prime, and subprime financing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
