Senior Care Therapist

Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist
- Must be 21 years of age
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.
- Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults.
- Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA.
- Prior experience with individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
- Ability to travel within Toledo and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
Salary : $28 - $35
