What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiopulmonary Rehab & Physical Therapy Assistant position at Quality Medical Fitness?
We're seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our cardiopulmonary and physical therapy team. This position is best suited for candidates who are currently pursuing or planning a career in the medical field ( such as nursing, physical therapy, or respiratory therapy ) and are looking for meaningful, hands- on clinical exoerience.
Important : We are specifically looking for someone who can commit to this role for at least one year. This not a short- term or summer position.
Responsibility:
- Assist clinicians with patient sessions
- Set up equipment and support daily operations
- Enter patient data in medical software
- Answering telephones and scheduling appointments
- Collecting co-pays
Requirements:
- currently studying or planning to pursu a career in a healthcare field
- Background or coursework in health sciences preferred
- Comfortable using computers and medical software
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team- oriented
Schedule:
- 3-4 days per week
- 20-30 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
