Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to assess and address mechanical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or technical training in mechanics is preferred.
- Proven experience as a mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
