Shipping/Receiving Bagger
We are seeking a reliable Shipping/Receiving Driver to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately bagging and preparing customer purchases for transport, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. Approximately 20-30% of your time will involve picking up shipments from the airport and vendors.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent service. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately bag and clip live fish and invertebrate
- Perform Shipping and Receiving functions
- Pull and Pack Orders
- Operate scanners for orders picking and packing
- Sort fish, bags, and boxes
- Apply basic inventory control practices
- Maintain a clean organized warehouse
- Read labels to identify warehouse locations and pull products.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Pick up shipments from the Airport and vendors
- Check or count freight for accuracy and damage
- Participate in physical inventories
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to follow company policies and rules
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
Able to Lift up to 30 lbs.
Standing for 8 to 9 hours daily
Bending, reaching, clipping and lifting 1-5lbs daily.
Salary : $18 - $20
