Quality Manufacturing Corporation, a fast-paced metal fabrication company, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This position will build and maintain client relations by working collaboratively with other departments to communicate customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops long term relationships with clients, identifies and maximizes opportunities for account growth
- Proactively communicates with client to understand their needs and concerns, works with internal business units to ensure satisfaction
- Evaluates key performance indicators to measure client satisfaction and analyze against goals
- Collaborates with business units to ensure delivery of products and services on time
- Collaborates with estimating team on client quotes, obtains feedback and seeks solutions on parts not allowed
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety protocol
- Available for travel
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Effectively meets deadlines
- Possesses strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Possesses a high level of detail with strong accuracy, math, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possesses strong oral, writing and listening skills
- Effectively communicates and coordinates with all levels of employees and managers, as well as customer
