Quality Management Group is seeking experienced Regional Managers to oversee an affordable housing portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for supporting onsite teams, driving operational performance, managing property financials, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong resident and client relationships across a multi-site portfolio.
This is not a remote or hybrid position. Daily onsite attendance at portfolio properties is required, along with occasional travel to our corporate office located in Ontario, California.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site affordable housing portfolio
• Lead, coach, and support onsite property teams
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing regulations
• Manage and develop property operating budgets and financial performance
• Conduct site inspections and operational reviews
• Partner with ownership groups, agencies, and internal departments
• Support occupancy, resident relations, compliance, maintenance, and team development initiatives
• Travel regularly between properties within the assigned portfolio
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar multi-site affordable property management leadership role required
• LIHTC experience required
• Some portfolios may also require Project-Based HUD experience
• Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) experience preferred
• Prior experience managing and building property operations budgets required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and teams across multiple sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the portfolio

Qualified candidates hired into this position are eligible to receive:
• $1,250 after 90 days of employment
• $1,250 after 180 days of employment
Eligibility for each payment is contingent upon active employment, satisfactory performance, and good standing at the time of payout. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
