QMA’s Direct Support Professional are responsible for performing tasks that are essential to helping adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives. They assist the people we serve with daily living activities including personal goals, recreation and daily household living. They facilitate proper medical care and meet the physical, emotional and personal needs of the people we serve.
Minimal Necessary Skills:
- A high school degree or GED
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Must have a professional manner (demonstrate/exhibit professional behavior).
- Needs to be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills and experience with data collection.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- A physical and mantoux less than 6 months old
- Must have a flexible schedule

Wednesday 2:30pm-11p/Thursday 2:30p-11p/ Friday 2:30pm-11pm/Saturday 1:30pm-11pm
BLOCK 3 (MIDDLE SHIFT)
Saturaday 7A-2p/Sunday 12p-11p/Monday 3p-11p/Tuesday 3p-11p
BLOCK 4 (Overnight)
Wednesday 11pm-9A/ Thursday 11P-9A/ Friday 11p-7A/ Saturday 11p-7A
