What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive Promotional Products position at Quality Logo Products?
About Quality Logo Products
At Quality Logo Products, we are experts in the promotional products industry—connecting businesses with the custom items, apparel, and corporate merchandise that get them noticed. We are a relationship-driven organization that prioritizes deep, consultative client engagement over transactional "order-taking."
We are looking for accountable, business-minded professionals to join our sales team. While we will fully train you on our specific industry and product categories, this role requires foundational professional office experience, strong digital literacy, and excellent corporate communication skills from day one.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will act as a strategic, consultative partner for clients ranging from local small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. You will manage the full lifecycle of the client relationship, engaging with customers daily across multiple digital channels—over the phone, via live chat, through virtual meetings, and via professional email.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Pipeline & Account Management: Take full ownership of a portfolio of active accounts and inbound inquiries, focusing on long-term sales growth through consultative advice and tailored branding solutions.
- High-Volume Professional Outreach: Comfortably navigate a heavy, fast-paced daily pipeline by making 40 outbound consultative phone calls, live chats, and email touchpoints to uncover client needs and advance orders.
- Full-Cycle Order Management: Manage the entire order process with absolute precision—from the initial consultative inquiry and vendor coordination to artwork approval and post-delivery follow-up.
- Technical Dashboard Management: Utilize our custom-built proprietary CRM and order-processing software alongside standard office tools (Microsoft Outlook/Excel) to maintain data accuracy and seamless vendor collaboration.
Requirements
- Professional Office Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working successfully in a professional office, B2B customer service, or corporate environment. (Retail-only or fast-food backgrounds will not be considered).
- Relationship-First Mentality: A natural ability to build trust and grow business through active listening and consultative communication rather than aggressive, high-pressure transactional scripts.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be completely comfortable and confident speaking over the phone and writing polished, error-free professional emails to corporate decision-makers.
- Digital Multitasking & Organization: High tech-savviness. You must be able to listen to a client, type accurate notes into a CRM, and look up product data simultaneously without breaking stride.
