Assistant Trustee Sales Officer

Summary: Under supervision, provides a wide variety of support of processing non-judicial defaults include preparing and processing documents, reviewing, auditing and maintaining files and records, providing customer service via phone and email, and gathering and auditing relevant materials for file maintenance; and performing other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review foreclosure sales to ensure accuracy, clear foreclosure files to sale and provide the clients with sale results


• Provide courteous communication and customer service for clients and borrowers. Answering incoming calls.


• Updating servicer processing systems daily. 


• Manage unit inbox and incoming mail.


• Generation of Foreclosure documents.  


• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.


• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Experience and Skills: 

•  2 years of experience in legal processes or default servicing.  


•  Ability to rapidly adapt to change.  


•  Excellent customer service.


• Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, production-oriented team environment

Work Schedule:

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from 20.00-23.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
