Job Title : Agglomerator Operator
Location : Dunlap, IA
Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday - hours may very pending on business needs
Salary : Minimum Starting Pay : $18.50 / hr

We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Block Production Operator to join our dynamic team at our Dunlap, IA Facility . This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our feed production process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor the Agglomerator equipment to produce Xanthan Gum and other products according to specified formulations.
- Coordinate batching schedules and production activities to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Perform daily end-of-day clean-up of the Agglomerator and surrounding work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Receive incoming ingredients at the manufacturing facility, unload trucks, and ensure proper storage and documentation of materials.
- Assist in maintaining equipment through regular inspections, installation, repair records, and adherence to preventative maintenance schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
