Technician – Industrial Equipment Service
The Technician will perform planned maintenance, provide diagnostic troubleshooting and repair—both on-site at customer locations and off-site in our shop—on new and used industrial equipment including, but not limited to forklifts, aerial lift equipment, and other material handling equipment.
This role requires regular communication with customer contacts and company management regarding equipment conditions, identified issues, and recommended repairs.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Outgoing, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to represent the company positively at customer sites
- Commitment to providing accurate and timely updates to customers and company management
- Must maintain professional conduct at all times, both in the field and in the shop
- Candidate should possess neccesary tools to maintain and repair equipment (excluding specialty diagnostic equipment)
- Heavy equipment/ Diesel experience (preferred)
- Proficient with electrical systems (preferred)
