Quality Life Solutions is looking for an outgoing, upbeat, ‘customer first’ team member who is driven to succeed as our new Service and Installation Tech. We are a Water Treatment company that primarily installs and services water softeners, conditioners, and reverse osmosis systems. This person must be well organized, professional, and flexible, while taking great pride in a job well done. The ideal candidate must also be articulate, respectful, well groomed, customer service oriented, have an attention to detail and a desire to further build their career in a dynamic and rapidly developing industry / company with room to grow and improve professionally. Must enjoy the technical and mechanical challenges of supporting the service department of a fast growing, family owned and operated company.

Responsibilities:
- Drive a company truck to either service, repair, maintain or install water treatment products
- Accurately complete all service and installation work and paperwork on a daily basis.
- Reliable and on time for daily responsibilities.
- Responsible for providing excellent communication and customer service to our customers.
- Install, troubleshoot, and/or service water treatment equipment including: softeners, conditioners, filters, reverse osmosis, and UV systems, etc.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair control valves, pumps, and other water related devices, electro-mechanical and/or elect. controlled devices.
- Keep work area and truck neat, clean, and orderly.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
- Must have an excellent driving record. (Insurable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old for insurance purposes.
- Good people skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to become a Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Installer.
Required experience:
- Plumbing experience preferred
Other requirements:
- Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Must pass drug test and background check
