Qualifications
- Answer and make high-volume calls with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments for Technicians and Water Specialists.
- Perform accurate data entry and transfer between systems.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite daily; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- 3 years of customer service experience in a call-heavy environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of water filtration systems or related industry experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools.
