RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Nursing Scheduler is responsible for setting the schedules for our nursing staff
- Understands staffing rations and PPD to meet staffing needs
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of people
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Administrative background
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience and knowledge of staffing ratios and PPD
