RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications and treatments in a timely, accurate manner, ensuring compliance with the medication administration policies.
- Monitor and assess residents for the effectiveness of drug therapy and report adverse effects or other issues to the physician.
- Perform regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters, including assessing physical, mental, and psychosocial status.
- Document all medication administration, patient care activities, and condition changes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address safety hazards, reporting and acting to resolve immediately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania (required for RN duties).
- License in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
