RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Physical Therapist (PT), your primary responsibility is the improvement of resident functionality through therapy.
- Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for residents
- Continued support of goal achievement
- Helping patients in their restoration of wellness and independence
- Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence
- Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the patient’s care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans
- The application of various therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Long-term care experience preferred
- CPR Certification required
