About Us:

We are a growing steel construction and fabrication company dedicated to quality, safety, and teamwork. We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our shop team. This is an entry-level position — no prior steel experience required. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Shop Helper, you will assist with day-to-day shop operations including material handling, equipment setup, and general labor. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in steel fabrication and construction with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading steel materials.
• Operate basic hand tools, grinders, and other shop equipment (training provided).
• Help stage and organize materials for fabricators and machine operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all shop safety rules and procedures.
• Support team members as needed to keep projects moving.
  
  

Qualifications:

• No prior steel or construction experience required — we will train.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
