Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Rapid City, SD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include generating leads, managing client accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus
