Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative in Austin, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying tailored solutions to meet specific roofing and insulation needs. They will also create and present competitive proposals, follow up on contracts, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include coordinating with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and promoting the company's products and services within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong abilities in Problem-Solving, Communication, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of Roofing and Insulation Products, Industry Standards, and Construction Practices
- Experience with Digital Tools such as CRM Software, Microsoft Office, and Proposal Writing
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region
- Prior experience in construction sales or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
