Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently through excellent customer service problem-solving skills.
• Maintain hotel security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to support daily operations and financial integrity.
• Communicate effectively with guests via phone and in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills.
• Support hotel management by assisting with reservation adjustments, guest relations, and property management system (PMS) updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours.
• Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software is preferred.
