- Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, uniforms, and other textiles
- Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements
- Perform cleaning tasks including stain removal and fabric inspection to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by organizing supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation
- Assist with dry cleaning processes when required, ensuring delicate items are treated with care
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily laundry processing goals efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in laundry operations or cleaning services preferred
- Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal
- Familiarity with dry cleaning procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
