Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Conduct floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, and polishing as needed to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the hospitality team to meet guest needs and respond promptly to requests for additional services or supplies.
Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Skills
Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
