Medical Records Technician
Quality Innovation is responding to a proposal for a Medical Records Technician to provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness at the Vermont Army National Guard, Colchester, VT.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize Soldier medical records
- Upload, track, and validate medical documentation
- Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems
- Ensure records are complete and audit-ready
- Support monthly reporting and case tracking
- Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers
- Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM
- Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience with military medical systems (preferred)
- RHIT/RHIA or similar certification (preferred)
