We will train
Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Replenish food and beverage items regularly to maintain a full and inviting buffet experience
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, assembling, and garnishing dishes in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, warmers, and other small appliances
- Follow food handling protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when handling guest payments or tips
- Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings
- Engage with guests in person by providing friendly service, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or preferences
- Adhere to manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving food supplies and equipment to prevent injuries
