We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual to join our hotel team in an overnight Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor role. Key Duties Include:
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out in a professional and welcoming manner
- Responding to guest needs, questions, and concerns throughout the night
- Accurately handling reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Managing incoming phone calls and providing clear, helpful information
- Processing payments and following all cash and credit card handling procedures
- Completing night audit tasks, balancing transactions, and reconciling reports
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintaining a calm and professional presence during overnight hours
- Staying informed on hotel amenities, services, and emergency procedures
- Logging guest messages and wake-up calls accurately
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
Qualifications:
- At least one year of hotel front desk experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Attention to detail with basic math skills for financial tasks
- Ability to problem-solve and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Spanish language skills are a plus
