We are looking for a reliable and guest-focused team member to join our hotel front desk for a day shift position (20–30 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, staying organized, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

We are seeking someone interested in steady, long-term employment who can be counted on for consistency and strong customer service.

Schedule:
Day shifts (hours will vary)
20–30 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available based on availability
Weekends and holidays required

Pay:
$16 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
• Provide information about the hotel and local area
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
• Help monitor linen inventory and keep laundry operations on track
• Provide general oversight of the shift to ensure tasks are completed and operations run smoothly
• Communicate important updates to team members and management

Hotel front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
