Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and housekeeping carts.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
