Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to all guests
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
